New Exercise Class

We are excited to announce that Morrisburg Physiotherapy will be offering an exercise class for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease starting October 14th.
Exercise has been shown to improve balance, decrease risk of falls, improve walking, and slow the progress of the physical symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.
When: Fridays 11am to 12 pm starting October 14th.
Location: Morrisburg Physiotherapy, 29 Main Street, Morrisburg
Cost: $15/class
What to wear: good supportive shoes and loose-fitting clothing, and a mask
Other neurological conditions (stroke, dementia) may also be appropriate for this class, so please contact us if you are interested. We have limited space so please email book@mbpt.ca to register
